A substantial fire engulfed a warehouse complex in the Pepsicola area of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-32, resulting in significant financial losses. The affected warehouses belonged to Maa Traders and Taleju Bhawani Trade Concern Pvt. Ltd., both located at Suryamukhi Chowk in Pepsicola. According to reports from the police, the precise financial damage caused by the fire has been estimated at 1 crore 72 lakh 81 thousand rupees. Fortunately, initial reports do not mention any casualties or injuries, with the impact primarily concentrated on the stored goods and infrastructure of the businesses.
